FOUNDER TACTICS PODCAST
Dive into the untold stories of entrepreneurs and the communities that shaped their journey. Each episode uncovers how founders overcame challenges, leveraged their networks, and forged their paths to success.

FORT LAUDERDALE TECH MEETUP
The meetup was founded by Founder Tactics in January of 2023 as a monthly in-person gathering for startups, investors and tech leaders, opening a space for networking and community building at a local level. It has been the fastest growing tech community in South Florida, having hosted over 4,000 guests in attendance since it’s launch.

COMMUNITY BUILDING SUPPORT
We support clients like SRO Motorsports and WeWork by designing community-driven strategies that deepen engagement, build brand loyalty, and create lasting networks around their audiences. Through curated events, strategic partnerships, and storytelling, we help them transform passive audiences into active, connected communities.

THE FOUNDER, JULIA LUCIDI
Julia Lucidi has spent the past 15 years developing strategies that support the growth of tech and innovation communities globally. She has led initiatives to support entrepreneurs through organization such as Endeavor Brazil, Global Entrepreneurship Network, The Coca-Cola Company and the Cambridge Innovation Center.
Early in her career Julia moved to Brazil, where she had the opportunity to contribute to the development of Latin America’s largest innovation community, during pivotal years for the country’s growth. Her responsibilities included developing partnerships and educational content that brought business resources to entrepreneurs leading high-growth tech companies, as well as to those building solutions in the favelas and remote towns in Brazil. She also was responsible for global PR strategies, positioning local entrepreneurs in the US market.
Upon returning to the US, she developed the Cambridge Innovation Center’s first educational curriculum for international founders, and a new revenue stream for the business. She delivered 7 cohorts in 2 years, and supported over 100 tech and biotech founders with their entry into the US market. The program continues today. Her experience working in the non-profit, for-profit and government has given her a unique perspective developing valuable partnerships that drive innovation, economic development, and business results.
In 2023, Julia founded her company Founder Tactics, with the goal of curating events and content that support the growth of entrepreneurship and innovation communities, including the Fort Lauderdale Tech Meetup, the fastest growing tech meetup in South Florida with over 4,000 tech leaders in just 2 years, the Founder Tactics Podcast, available on all streaming platforms, and a growing portfolio of companies, which she has supported with their community building capabilities, such as SRO Motorsports and WeWork.
